This is the cake I made for my very first cake / sugar art collaboration – Acts of Green! I was so very thrilled, and scared, to be a part of this amazing collaboration of cake, cookie, and sugar artists, and all in the name of EARTH DAY.

My man is made of fondant / gum paste, my tree is made of wafer paper, and my factory is made of chocolate cake covered in fondant. The steam rising from the top of the cooling stacks of the factory is cotton candy! yum!
