In our small home town, we have a lot of hockey.. And geese.. Really big geese!.. Our goose is the first thing you see before entering our little home:). My son finished his first year of bantam hockey last night. I made this for their end of the year dinner. I used wires for the wings and neck.. The rest is fondant. Wanted to try out a chalkboard cake, so I drew up a game plan;). Thanks for looking!:)
