This cake topper was made from a Carlos Lischetti book. This was a carrot cake surrounded with chocolate panels & snow flakes for a wedding where the guest cakes were mini cakes with chocolate collars. The colour scheme was the “Frozen” colours

Thank you :) Just a question – I really really loved this, but do you ever find that the cakes that turn out the best are for the worst clients & most unpleasant clients? Or perhaps you don’t have any of those? ;)
