An inspiration from one of my favourite designers Manish Arora (from my days at National Institute of Fashion Technology).
This man is known for his bold colors and and gorgeous out of the box designs.
Well then, my cake had to be the same.
Inspired from this bohemian headgear we made a bust cake (all edible) for our collaboration.
The riot of colorful dragees, the fondant ‘bindis’ on the face and the sugar flowers… all had us in awe of lady Iris.
Her bust is sculpted out of a cake… her neck and face is rice crispies and modelling chocolate covered with fondant.
