I tried a couple of new techniques on this cake including using silver dusting powder on the top tier. And also the lettering on the bottom tier was done in reverse on baking paper and then, by lifting the sheet, stuck onto the cake. Makes a nice change from using clickstix or tappits!
The shoe is completely made my hand without the use of moulds etc.
