A milestone celebration calls for a special cake.
Bake make : three layers of alternating valrhona dark chocolate cake & red velvet cake , filled with dark chocolate ganache + caramelized walnuts and frosted with ganache. We did a movie reel of the bday boy’s favorite movies alternating with few lovely quotes picked by his wife. A number 40 topper, along with cuff links, I-phone and a Glenlivet bottle made of fondant were used to complete the cake.
