Having only started cakes last September never in my wildest dreams did i think i would be brave enough to attempt a castle like this. I was inspired by the amazing caking it up! Everything is edible (bar the flags). Each turret took about half an hour and was wrapped around a kitchen roll, had to be left overnight. The turrets are ice cream cones wrapped in fondant. Hope you like it, definitely a fun but ever so labour intensive. The birthdays girl reaction made it all worthwhile though!
