This all buttercream beauty was a new challenge—-rolling an 8" double barrel in sanding sugar! I got my arm workout for the weekend!

The top tier was completely vegan—vegan chocolate cake with vegan buttercream icing & filling.
The double barreled tier was White Velvet with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough filling, white chocolate buttercream icing, & rolled in a combination of coarse & fine sugar glitter.
The bottom tier was Red Velvet with Almond-Amaretto buttercream filling & icing.

The flowers were all real & fresh—can’t take credit for those. Sorry! LOL!
