Happy Easter to you all.
I absolutely loved making this one! Although the ganache was very thick in the top tier and thin on the bottom, I am still chuffed with the overall cake. I love all the different things going on and the meringue dripping off the cake – oh I love it.
The cake is red velvet with cream cheese and salted caramel frosting. The French macarons – well I never want to attempt these again ha!
