When asked to create a pool table cake for a 21st I wanted to make something a little different to the standard pub table so with a little help from some silicone molds I had on hand I was able to come up with this intricately carved one. I am stoked with how it turned out. Chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache. Covered in fondant and except for the pool cues entirely edible.
