This was my competition entry for Salon Culinaire Belfast. It was also the first time trying out a cake frame, which worked brilliantly. I used a mixture of Little Cherry cog cutters and Katy Sue moulds. The board was done using Dinky Doodle air brush. I won a silver award for it.
