This cake is a joint going away and early 21st cake for a young lady who is off on her travels soon to Canada. I have made several cakes for this family and they were quite happy for me to come up with my own ideas. The cake body is made from chocolate truffle and the antlers are formed from chocolate cake pop mix.

The biggest challenge was photographing the cake which is very big!
