A customer wanted Santa posed on the beach for her husband’s 70th birthday because he looks like Santa. She sent me a photo of she and her husband. He really does look like Santa!

1/4 sheet chocolate cake, iced with buttercream icing and white chocolate and chocolate marbled seashells. Santa was sculpted from a fondant and gumpaste mixture. The Adirondack chair, was handmade by my dear husband.
Of course Santa would have an ipod and he’s probably listening to some Jimmy Buffett tunes. He’s eating a chocolate chip cookie of course, because everybody knows, Santa loves cookies!
