Just so happens that we had a girls weekend trip to the beach planned and one of us had a birthday recently, sooo…of course I had to bring a cake!!! How else could I decorate it, other than the beautiful colors of the ocean! This was a vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling and covered in white chocolate ganache.
