I had so much fun making this for the 30th squires kitchen exhibition
The bottom tier is 9 1/2" tall, thank goodness for satin ice!
It was wet painted with food colouring and vodka
The wafer paper crystals and flowers were airbrushed
The amethyst were made from isomalt
Lots of cuts on my hands from those
Oh my word! So many amazing cakes in the same place at once!
