This was my contribution to the Sugar Shipmates collaboration in aid of The Lifeboat Fund’s 150th Anniversary Appeal. Two carved boozy fruit cakes. All decorations and cake board covering made with gumpaste. The Stargazer Lily and Bee logo are a tribute to the late Tara Scougall.

The RNLI rescues 23 people on average every day. Its volunteer lifeboat crews are ready to respond to shouts in all weathers and at all times of the day and night. Please visit our page to read more about their amazing work.
