Ooh it’s been a while since I posted on here – must get up to date!! This is a Silver and Navy wedding cake from December last year – three tiers with a dummy top tier = 6" fruit cake, 8" Lemon Cake, 10" Chocolate Mud Cake.
Decorated with silver leaf, a large sugar rose and about ten zillion dragees! The bottom tier alone took 8 hours of painstaking application that I hope I never do again! ;)

Almost worth it though as it was a beautiful cake and had a gorgeous setting for it’s display (which always makes me happy! look at those dainty fairy lights – they were around the whole room which was draped in white – stunning!)
