For my nephew’s birthday I made this two layer cake from sponge cake filled with Italian buttercream and chocolate fudge frosting.This cake was made to my cousin’s house 320km away from my kitchen comfort with lots of laughs and fun and most important within one day from the scratch (including baking)!!! They all loved it and enjoyed it a lot!
