Divia that is lovely. I am suddenly so interested in these mirror glaze cakes. Must try one myself sometime soon. I do have a question. If you make a mirror glaze with white chocolate, can it be flavored with anything such as extracts or seedless jam? If so, what type of flavoring, does it need to be alcohol free? Thank you.
