It is never too late to learn something new and never too early to stop learning.
This is a very special cake for me as it is my ever fondant cake and fall colours is something that has always fascinated me .I remember buying Autumn picture postcards when I was in boarding school as the orange ,yellow,browns of the falling leavings made it so enchanting .Now too,I see my friends who are scattered all over the world capture beautiful fall pictures and so I didn’t really need to think much when it came to inspiration for my first 5 tiered structured cake and chose "Autumn in my heart ".A combination of techniques involving the tree bark ,fallen leaves and twigs ,chalkboard ,stain glass painting and torn wafer paper effect to depict the fall colours which is nature’s way of mesmerising us .
