My entry for the Cake Germany in Esslingen 2015.
We got silver in the cathegorie " Decorative Element" with the theme mystic. Nimue is made of Modelling chocolate and fondant, clothing is coloured ricepaper. The lake is made with Isomalt. 68cm high.
It was a lot of fun!!
