Elsas Ice Palace in the mountains.
The Palace is made with Sweetart sugarpaste all made and cut by hand. Finishing touches with airbrush and pearl dust.
The mountains is all cake, sculpted then covered with sugarpaste, shadows with airbrush and snow shredded sugarpaste.
The ice around the castle is made with isomalt.
