Special 18th Curly Haired Classy!
This cake was requested for Brooklyn’s 18th Birthday, When Brooklyn was small she asked Santa for Curly Haired Classy (a horse with hairdressing accessories)…. her mum thought she had made the toy up and Santa didn’t bring it! Brooklyn never forgot and now teases her mum about it… For Brooklyn’s 18th her mum requested a “Curly Haired Classy” cake for her…

The horse was built up in layers to give the effect of it coming out from the cake.
