This cake was made by Kim Gold, Gilles Leblanc and me for the grand opening of the Fashion Barbie Expo in Montreal. It is completely edible (the runway is all cake , and the Barbie is made of cake, RKT, modelling chocolate and flavoured Flexique edible fabric).
