When a special client placed an order for a Horse cake ,I did say yes but had absolutely no idea as to how I would make a horse with whipped cream.A lot of sketches ,net surfing ,a combination of ideas and the fact that my small state of Manipur gave the world the game of “Polo” made me push myself and attempt a horse cake with cream.It took an entire day to get the curvatures right but every effort was definitely worth it .Hope you like it.
