Really REALLY enjoyed making this mixer cake. It’s all cake and other than the internal structure, all edible. Was a head scratcher working out the structure but after that it was all just fun. I have a great Kenwood Major and it does a great job, but let’s be honest, it’s not pretty. I love the look of the Kmix but don’t need a new mixer, so got to make one instead ;)
