I had the awesome opportunity to give a cake demonstration at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall this afternoon – the theme was Dr. Seuss to promote reading among children.

It was great seeing the children get so excited about the characters and especially about making the famous “green eggs” with fondant…

The only bad thing is that I now have a chocolate almond cake at home that I must sacrifice myself and eat it! :))
