This is a display cake I made for my birthday on Tuesday. I loved creating this, how can you not smile when painting snoopy and making fondant rainbow? The bottom tier comprises approximately 250 flowers that I airbrushed rainbow colours. The top tier is edible paint dripped on with an eye dropper to make the colourful rain effect. The snoopy is fondant and hand painted. The rainbow and cloud topper I made with fondant with tylose added.
