Living near the beautiful south coast of England I regularly get asked to create beach themed cakes and this design is one of my all time favourites with a subtle couples theme running throughout with pairs of beach & ocean creatures from sea horses, clam shells to shimmering starfish.

The cake flavours for this cake were salted caramel, triple chocolate, zesty lemon & white chocolate & passionfruit.
