“A jewel of Muslim art in India” – A Taj Mahal inspired cake !

This is yet another cake close to my heart.
While making this cake i just kept wondering how hard it would have been for the 20,000 artisans and architects to complete this masterpiece. Thanks to all of them and Emperor Shah Jahaan who gave us one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage.
