I made this Baby Elephant cake during a workshop by the talented Nathasja Flapper from Flappergasted Cakes. It was so much fun to do it and I learned so much new things. I almost can’t believe it, that I have made this cake. It’s completely edible, made of cake, ganache, modeling chocolaterie, rice crispies and fondant.
