I made this Caravan Cake for Australian Day Collaboration 2016.
The Caravan is a cake, ganached and cover with fondant. Those cute Kangaroos and Koalas are iconic creatures only to be found down under were replicated into a fun way. Aussies love to soak up the sun and a Barbie! It’s not the Barbie doll I’m talking about, but the BBQ!
The fondant figurines were airbrushed to add more details and depth.
This cake replicates the Aussie’s love of Caravan Holiday 😀
