I have to admit that this is not one of my most perfect works of art as far as cakes goes, but this one is special.

My daughter designed her own birthday cake when she turned 7, she drew me a sketch and then described how it needed to look. So I made it for her….. and just managed to finish in time for the party (without sleep of course) :)

She was so excited that I made her cake just like she imagined – and she called it the Everything Birthday Cake :) It still makes me feel warm inside when I see pictures of it :)
