This is a Red velvet cake, with cream cheese buttercream, homemade marshmallow fondant and homemade gumpaste poinstettas with candy pearls rolled in gold for the centers. The border is homemade sugar lace painted gold and the mdf board is covered with fondant and stamped with “joy to the world” and deer heads, then the border and flowers were glazed for a shiny finish and gold accents were painted on.
