This is a 3 tier vanilla cake for a little girl’s 6th birthday party. The theme was fairies and pixies so I decided to make a toadstool house. She particularly wanted Isomalt as she loved the shards I made for last year’s Frozen cake so I decided on a Ice Fairy. I’m not good at modelling and this is Fairy No 2. Hope you like her.
