This cake was made for a race horse trainer who is turning 60 this weekend. His partner wanted a “Wallace and Gromit” themed cake of Wallace on a stubborn race horse. As Wallace & Gromit dont have a race horse in any of their movies (that I could find), I had to create one to match the look of the character :)

This cake is a 10 inch round that serves approx 30 party size / 60 coffee sized portions
