well where do I start ! this cake has lots of different elements , all of which have sentimental value and hold special memories for this lovely couple and their lives so far. It was great fun to make this unusual wedding cake.

it starts with their first date and the pub games they played together , deal or no deal and word soup, an edible picture of them together on one of their early dates. A stick of llandudno rock in gum paste from one of their first trips away together.Their love of the cinema represented by a film reel and a cinema card. the passports and suitcase for their love of travel and all the places they have visited together , a little sticker on the suitcase for each place.
a little pyramid with the engagement ring on it , as he proposed in egypt.
the at the top the houses and skyline of santorini in greece, where they tied the knot.
topped off with polymer clay topper of them on their wedding day, a lovely keepsake of their special day.
a lot on one cake but I think it all came together and most importantly the bride and groom loved it!
