Happy New Year Cakes décor friends. I am so behind on posting cakes, so think I am going to start from the last and work my way back :) I was away over xmas…travelled to New York and Miami to visit Carlo’s Bakery (won the trip in a cake competition) and also my family!

This was the last cake I did before going away, I always wanted to try making a poinsettia as it always meant Christmas to me while growing up.
