So it’s been one year since I discovered my love for cake decorating and all started to provide my family allergy safe cakes. This fruit cake is nut free, gluten free, dairy and egg free. It was rich, fruity, safe, fun and delicious! We have also started a nice tradition that my son and I cut the cake together each year. Although I haven’t done many cakes my skills have improved and whipped this one up in no time.
