Traditional Christmas fruit cake with snow made of sugar pearls, it was my first time playing with wafer paper and cake lace so there were one or two disasters but we got there in the end… It’s a good job I took some photos of her before I took her to my daughters house as all the tree baubles and jelly diamonds fell off in the car!
