This cake was made for a young man who is a wild life photographer, it’s vanilla cake with chocolate ganache..
Cake is covered with white fondant and dusted with sugar flare black dust…
Face definition is given by modelling paste which is covered with fondant . Ears are set on twisted floral wires… I had never done such a cake before , realised that carving cakes is fun… :)
