I chose France as my country. When researching I found out that christmas is very close to like here in the US. The only big difference I read was that instead of hanging stockings on the fireplace they leave shoes in front of the fireplace to have gifts and candy. Santa is dressed in his beret and mime clothing.

The entire piece is made from fondant with accents of isomalt. The christmas tree is made from royal icing. The Eiffel Tower is created fondant with and no internal support structure.
