I have never created a poinsettia and had to try it. The cake is a coconut sponge cake with a coconut buttercream filling and frosting. I chose to cover it in coconut to create a snow like effect. Thepoinsettia and holy leaves are made of gum paste and the finishing touch is sugared cranberries.
