Bricks, a trowel and spirit level all made for an 18th Birthday celebration.

The bricks are chocolate cake, covered in coloured fondant and textured with a food only nail brush and tin foil. I used dusts to make them look dirty. The trowel is made from gumpaste and the spirit level is chocolate covered with fondant.

Everything is made to scale.
