Hi :) This is cake i was working on last night,i found this lovely christmas card online and i really really like it :D so i decide it to use it on my christmas cake :) Double barrel chocolate cake bottom tier with milk chocolate cream and homemade cherry jam and top one chocolate cake with white chocolate cream and homemade forest fruits jam.All covered with dark chocolate ganache and fondant,cake is airbrushed Image is hand painted with food colouring gels and petal dusts on fondant,decorated with royal icing,then the little decoration on right side hand at the bottom of the cake is made form rice paper.
