Many congratulations to the happy couple Ben and Jane who got married yesterday at Maidens Barn. A winter wonderland themed wedding. 3 tier white cake, bottom tier vanilla sponge , middle tier is chocolate and encrusted with pretty shimmering sugar crystals, top tier is lemon sponge. Decorated with edible snowflakes and Christmas baubles. Topper was handmade( not by me) , featuring gorgeous Swarovski beads and silver snowflakes. The bride and groom chose Pepparkakor biscuits as their wedding favours, snowflake shape and royal iced. x
