My parents celebrated their 56th Wedding anniversary this week. They are two of the most beautiful and kindest people you could ever meet. I surprised them with a sugar free, vegan and gluten free chocolate cake. The outside of the cake is painted chocolate with wired fantasy sugar flowers. I wanted to add a bit of a Christmas feel to the flowers so airbrushed and painted them with different tones of gold. They loved the surprise which made me so happy :)
