This chocolate mud cake has been layered with chocolate cream and iced with premium Italian ganache !! The cake need to be refrigerated that’s why came up with this kind of bow which doesn’t loose its shape when comes in contact with humidity !! I didn’t want that yellow gold finish so thought of trying this antique finish !! This cake is eggless and gelatin free !! Thanks so much friends !!!
