Mmmmmh! I adore the chocolate …I think that it is the most delicious thing of the universe. Don’t you? With this Christmas tree I wanted to show a bit what it is possible to do working in a free way different techniques with tempered chocolate. This piece is 100 % of chocolate, completely eatable. It has been created by laminated and with piping bag with white chocolate, with milk and black. Assembled, texturized and only with a bit of golden pigment in order that it could estimate the color and sheen of the tempered chocolate. The techniques used to create this tree are a few of what I teach in my workshop “Ann” of 3D bust cake with edible structure. I hope you like it!
