So, I was happy that I had resisted the Frozen cake craze so far, but, alas, it wasn’t to be and I knew that sooner of later one would end up being ordered.
This Olaf cake proved to also include a new learning opportunity as I ventured into Isomalt modeling.
The cake: chocolate cake.
The filling: chocolate brigadeiro
The bottom tier: decorated with ruffles
The top tier: compressor painted, snow flakes cutters and isomalt ‘ice’
